The 65m2 apartment is furnished tastefully in a modern style. It is easy to reach by metro lines U4 and U6 or with tramways, but is located in a silent, still central area. Especially in the summer it is nice to walk along the Danube Canal where there are many bars, and restaurants.

The Space:
65m2 with Bedroom, big living area, dining area and kitchen. Bathroom with tub and separate toilet. A third and fourth person can be accomodated with an extra bed and sofa in the living room.

Cable TV with 150 channels, Netflix, quick and unlimited WiFi internet, baby cot available.
The apartment is close to U4 and U6 Spittelau. Center is app. a 7min drive away. For sightseeing tramway line D is recommendable as it drives around "Ringstrasse".
Silent area but still central.
Easy to reach from the airport via train line S7.
In almost all Vienna parking is restricted. For car travellers we recommend the P&R parking house Spittelau on the other side of the river (a 5min walk away). Really good prices (app. 3,5 EUR a day or app. 17 EUR per week).
